Можливості викладача в умовах превалювання цифрових систем і технологій

Abstract

Розглянуто трансформування педагогіки завдяки перевагам інформаційних та комунікаційних технологій. Визначено необхідність впровадження стратегій викладання, які мають бути адаптовані до потреб студентів в умовах активного навчання. Узагальнено позитивні наслідки та недоліки процесу цифровізації освіти на основі опитувань викладачів вищих навчальних закладів. Визначено, що молоді викладачі легко адаптуються до інновацій у викладацькій сфері, однак для старшого покоління необхідно створювати можливості підвищення їх цифрової грамотності, щоб вони могли реалізувати привабливі навчальні заходи, що покращують методи викладання, оцінки та навчання. Зазначено необхідність розробки та реалізації програм підготовки викладачів вищої школи, ініціатив державних та місцевих органів, стандарти, які розширюють можливості підключення та доступу до пристроїв.

The transformation of pedagogy due to the advantages of information and communication technologies is considered. The need to implement teaching strategies that must be adapted to the needs of students in conditions of active learning is determined. The positive consequences and shortcomings of the process of digitalization of education are summarized on the basis of surveys of teachers of higher educational institutions. It is determined that young teachers easily adapt to innovations in the field of teaching, but for the older generation, it is necessary to create opportunities to increase their digital literacy so that they can implement attractive educational activities that improve teaching, assessment and learning methods. The need to develop and implement training programs for teachers of higher education, initiatives of state and local authorities, standards that expand the possibilities of connection and access to devices is indicated.
