Дослідження перспективи розвитку ресторанної мережі «Incognito coffee club»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретико-методичні засади дослідження діяльності ресторанних мереж, визначена їх класифікація, охарактеризовані умови та чинники розвитку, визначені методи дослідження діяльності ресторанних мереж та перспективи їх розвитку. Досліджений сучасний стан та визначені перспективи розвитку кавового ринку в Україні, надана загальна характеристика мережі кав’ярень «Incognito coffee club», Представлені результати аналізу господарської діяльності та основних фінансових показників мережі «Incognito coffee club». Запропонований комплекс заходів щодо перспектив розвитку та удосконалення діяльності мережі кав’ярень «Incognito coffee club», зокрема розробка стандартів, запровадження програми лояльності для клієнтів, відкриття нових кав’ярень у привабливих місцях. Рекомендовано відкрити нову кав’ярню мережі в бізнес-центрі «Шевченківський». Представлені результати обґрунтування економічної ефективності та доцільності впровадження зазначеного заходу

The work examines the theoretical and methodological principles of researching the activity of restaurant chains, their classification is determined, the conditions and factors of development are characterized, the methods of researching the activity of restaurant chains and their development prospects are determined. The current state and prospects for the development of the coffee market in Ukraine were studied, the general characteristics of the chain of coffee shops "Incognito coffee club" were provided, the results of the analysis of economic activity and the main financial indicators of the chain "Incognito coffee club" were presented. The proposed set of measures regarding the prospects for the development and improvement of the activity of the "Incognito coffee club" chain of coffee shops, in particular, the development of standards, the introduction of a loyalty program for customers, the opening of new coffee shops in attractive locations. It is recommended to open a new chain coffee shop in the "Shevchenkivskyi" business center. The results of the substantiation of the economic efficiency and feasibility of the implementation of the mentioned measure are presented.
