Розробка програм підтримки підприємницького середовища у місті (на прикладі м. Полонне)

Abstract

Робота відображає теоретичні та законодавчі аспекти щодо обраної проблематики. У першому розділі викладено сутність явищ та процесів, що досліджуються, вказано на важливість проведення дослідження за обраним напрямом, визначено необхідність та зміст політики державного регулювання процесів та явищ, що досліджуються, узагальнено зарубіжний досвід Досліджувався підприємницький потенціал міста Полонне. Наведені рекомендації до программи підприємницькому розвитку. Зроблений SWOT – аналіз, який вказує на економічні недоліка міста та його майбутній потенціал у соціальній та економічній сферах. Наведені зарубіжні приклади розвитку підприємств та впровадження їх в українську економіку та у місто Полонне зокрема. Також розкриті конкретні сценарії просторового розвитку Полонської ОТГ.The work reflects the theoretical and legislative aspects of the chosen issue. In the first chapter, the essence of the phenomena and processes under investigation is outlined, the importance of conducting research in the chosen direction is indicated, the necessity and content of the policy of state regulation of the processes and phenomena under investigation is determined, foreign experience is summarized The entrepreneurial potential of the city of Polonne was studied. Recommendations for the entrepreneurial development program are given. A SWOT analysis was made, which indicates the economic shortcomings of the city and its future potential in the social and economic spheres. Foreign examples of the development of enterprises and their implementation in the Ukrainian economy and in the city of Polonne in particular are given.
