Статистична оцінка стану та перспектив розвитку ринку праці в Україні

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуті сучасні проблеми ринку праці в Україні та світі. Було проведено інформаційно-аналітичне дослідження стану та перспектив розвитку ринку праці в Здійснено загальну статистичну оцінку поточного стану ринку праці, включаючи аналіз рівня безробіття, зайнятості, заробітної плати та інших ключових показників Подальший аналіз стану ринку праці був здійснений з урахуванням регіонального поділу України за рівнем розвитку регіонального ринку праці. Виявлено велику різницю між рівнями зайнятості та безробіття у різних регіонах країни, що свідчить про нерівномірний розвиток ринку праці. Крім того, була розроблена методика плану статистичного спостереження поточних тенденцій ринку праці в Україні. Це включало в себе визначення ключових показників, що слід вивчати, методи їхнього збору та аналізу, а також розробку механізмів моніторингу та звітності

The qualification work examines the current problems of the labor market in Ukraine and the world. An information-analytical study of the state and prospects for the development of the labor market was conducted A general statistical assessment of the current state of the labor market was carried out, including an analysis of the level of unemployment, employment, wages and other key indicators Further analysis of the state of the labor market was carried out taking into account the regional division of Ukraine according to the level of development of the regional labor market. A large difference between the levels of employment and unemployment in different regions of the country was revealed, which indicates the uneven development of the labor market. In addition, a method of statistical monitoring of current labor market trends in Ukraine was developed. This included defining the key indicators to be studied, the methods of their collection and analysis, and the development of monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
