Удосконалення інвестиційного співробітництва між Україною та ЄС в умовах отримання статусу країни-кандидата

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є інвестиційне співробітництво між Україною та ЄС в умовах отримання статусу країни-кандидата. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади інвестиційного співробітництва України та ЄС, аналізується нормативне регулювання та договірні засади інвестиційного співробітництва України та ЄС. Проведено аналіз інвестиційного співробітництва України та ЄС, аналіз стану та динаміки залучення інвестицій між Україною та ЄС та аналіз чинників впливу на розвиток міжнародного інвестиційного співробітництва між Україною та ЄС. Проведено оцінку рівня міжнародного інвестиційного співробітництва України та ЄС. Досліджено напрямки розвитку міжнародного інвестиційного співробітництва України та ЄС, розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення інвестиційного співробітництва, спрогнозовано розвиток інвестиційного співробітництва України та ЄС в умовах отримання статусу кандидата.The bachelor's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the study is investment cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the conditions of obtaining the status of a candidate country. The work examines the theoretical principles of investment cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, analyzes the normative regulation and contractual principles of investment cooperation between Ukraine and the EU. An analysis of investment cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, an analysis of the state and dynamics of investment attraction between Ukraine and the EU, and an analysis of the factors influencing the development of international investment cooperation between Ukraine and the EU were carried out. The level of international investment cooperation between Ukraine and the EU was evaluated. The directions of the development of international investment cooperation between Ukraine and the EU were studied, recommendations were developed for the improvement of investment cooperation, the development of investment cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the conditions of obtaining candidate status was predicted
