Шляхи збільшення прибутку на підприємстві готельного господарства (на прикладі готелю «Дерибас»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. Об’єктом дослідження – процес впровадження шляхів підвищення прибутку на підприємствах готельного господарства. Предметом дослідження є науково-практичні питання впровадження заходів щодо підвищення прибутку на підприємствах готельного господарства на прикладі готелю «Дерибас». Мета роботи є генерація шляхів збільшення прибутку готелю «Дерибас». У роботі проаналізовано сутність та особливості прибутку на підприємствах готельного господарства, виявлені види та джерела прибутку готелів. Аналізуються фактори та шляхи підвищення прибутку в готелях на засадах revenue management. Оцінюється ефективність проведення пропонованих заходів у готелі «Дерибас». За результатами дослідження сформульована доцільність впровадження ряду заходів. Проаналізована ефективність, враховуючи прибуток та витрати на впровадження заходів.The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, and a list of used sources. The object of the study is the process of implementing ways to increase profits at hotel enterprises. The subject of the study is scientific and practical issues of implementing measures to increase profits at hotel enterprises using the example of the Deribas Hotel. The purpose of the work is to generate ways to increase the profit of the Deribas Hotel. The work analyzes the essence and features of profit at hotel enterprises, identified types and sources of hotel profit. Factors and ways of increasing profits in hotels based on revenue management are analyzed. The effectiveness of the proposed events at the Deribas Hotel is evaluated. Based on the results of the study, the feasibility of implementing a number of measures was formulated. The effectiveness was analyzed, taking into account the profit and costs of implementing the measures.
