Фінансування видатків місцевих бюджетів України

Abstract

У роботі досліджено механізми фінансування видатків місцевих бюджетів України. Проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід фінансування місцевих бюджетів та розглянуто можливості його адаптації в Україні. Проведено аналіз динаміки та структури видатків місцевих бюджетів України, оцінено ефективність їх фінансування та визначено основні проблеми у цій сфері. Запропоновано напрями підвищення ефективності фінансування видатків місцевих бюджетів та розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення механізму їх фінансування в УкраїніThe thesis explores the mechanisms of financing expenditures of local budgets in Ukraine. The foreign experience of local budget financing is analyzed, and the possibilities of its adaptation in Ukraine are considered. The analysis of the dynamics and structure of expenditures of local budgets of Ukraine is conducted, the efficiency of their financing is evaluated, and the main problems in this area are identified. The directions for improving the efficiency of financing local budget expenditures are proposed, and suggestions for enhancing the mechanism of their financing in Ukraine are developed.
