Методико-прикладні аспекти бухгалтерського обліку та контролю операцій із запасами (на прикладі ПрАТ ПМК-15 «Дунайводбуд»)

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто методичне та прикладне забезпечення обліку запасів на підприємствах будівельної галузі. Приділено увагу економічній сутності та поняттю запасів як об’єкта обліку, особливостям класифікації та оцінки запасів, забезпеченню обліку запасів на будівельних підприємствах. Виокремлено подібні та відмінні аспекти обліку запасів в українській та міжнародній практиці. Надано фінансово-економічну характеристику досліджуваного підприємства. Висвітлено практичні аспекти первинного, аналітичного та синтетичного обліку запасів ПАТ ПМК-15 «Дунайводбуд». Визначено шляхи вдосконалення обліку операцій із запасами на досліджуваному підприємстві. Ретельно проаналізовано склад та рух запасів на ПАТ ПМК-15 «Дунайводбуд». Розкрито організацію внутрішнього контролю запасів на досліджуваному підприємстві. Виокремлено проблемні питання внутрішнього контролю операцій із запасами та шляхи їх вирішення на ПАТ ПМК-15 «Дунайводбуд».

The work deals with methodical and applied maintenance of inventory accounting at enterprises of the construction industry. Attention is paid to the economic essence and concept of stocks as an object of accounting, peculiarities of classification and evaluation of stocks, provision of accounting of stocks at construction enterprises. Similar and different aspects of inventory accounting in Ukrainian and international practice are singled out. The financial and economic characteristics of the investigated enterprise are given. The practical aspects of the primary, analytical and synthetic inventory accounting of PJSC PMK-15 "Dunaivodbud" are highlighted. Ways to improve the accounting of operations with stocks at the researched enterprise have been identified. The composition and movement of stocks at PJSC PMK-15 "Dunaivodbud" was carefully analyzed. The organization of internal control of stocks at the investigated enterprise is revealed. Problematic issues of internal control of operations with stocks and ways to solve them at PJSC PMK-15 "Dunayvodbud" have been singled out.
