Облік та оподаткування товарних операцій у сфері малого бізнесу на прикладі ТОВ «ТОРГОВИЙ ДІМ ЮГТОРГСЕРВІС»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються сутнісні характеристики та види товарних операцій у сфері малого бізнесу, нормативно-правове регулювання обліково-податкового забезпечення товарних операцій, організаційні та практичні аспекти обліку та оподаткування товарних операцій на митній території України та у сфері ЗЕД Проаналізовано основні економічні показники розвитку підприємства, динаміку, структуру та ефективність товарних операцій, показники фінансової стійкості, ділової активності підприємства, здійснено оцінку ризику банкрутства, діючу систему обліку та оподаткування товарних операцій на підприємстві. Запропоновано удосконалення облікового забезпечення товарних операцій на основі аналітичної інформації, визначено фактори забезпечення стабільності функціонування торговельної компанії та надано рекомендації з удосконалення обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління товарними операціями на досліджуваному підприємстві

Odessa National Economics University. – Odessa, 2024 The work deals with the essential characteristics and types of commodity transactions in the field of small business, regulatory and legal regulation of accounting and tax provision of commodity transactions, organizational and practical aspects of accounting and taxation of commodity transactions in the customs territory of Ukraine and in the field of foreign trade. Author analyses main economic indicators of the enterprise's development, the dynamics, structure and efficiency of commodity transactions, indicators of financial stability, business activity of the enterprise were analyzed, the assessment of the risk of bankruptcy, the current system of accounting and taxation of commodity transactions at the enterprise We have recommended the main directions for improving the accounting support of commodity operations based on analytical information are proposed, the factors ensuring the stability of the trading company's functioning are determined, and recommendations are given for improving the accounting and analytical support for the management of commodity operations at the investigated enterprise
