Управління розвитком підприємства на ринку послуг торгівлі

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти поняття управління розвитком підприємства, зокрема досліджено сутність поняття «управління розвитком», розкрито етапи управління розвитком та методики оцінювання його ефективності. Проаналізовано стан ринку послуг торгівлі в Україні. Проведена оцінка основних економічних показників та фінансового стану підприємства, визначено перспективний напрямок розвитку. Для реалізації обраного напрямку подальшого розвитку підприємства запропоновано відкрити роздрібну точку збуту продукціїThe paper examines the theoretical aspects of the concept of enterprise development management, in particular, the essence of the concept of "development management" is explored, the stages of development management and methods of evaluating its effectiveness are revealed. The state of the trade services market in Ukraine is analyzed. The assessment of the main economic indicators and the financial condition of the enterprise was carried out, and the prospective direction of development was determined. To implement the chosen direction of further development of the enterprise, it is proposed to open a retail point of sale of products.
