Управління збутовою діяльністю торговельного підприємства

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління збутовою діяльністю підприємства, а саме: її сутність, характеристика методів управління збутом та формування організаційної структури управління збутом. Проаналізовано ринок продукції виноробства України, фінансовий стан та практичні аспекти збутової діяльності ТОВ «ПТК Шабо». Запропоновано реалізувати інвестиційний проект з будівництва власного складу за рахунок власних коштів підприємства.The work deals with the theoretical aspects of managing the sales activities of an enterprise, namely: its essence, characteristics of sales management methods, and the formation of the organizational structure of sales management. Author analysis the market for winery products in Ukraine, the financial state, and practical aspects of sales activities of LLC «PTK Shabo». Author proposes the implementation of an investment project for the construction of an own warehouse funded by the company's own resources.
