Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – система антимонопольного регулювання в умовах мережевої економіки. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти проблеми здійснення антимонопольної політики в мережевій економіці. Розглянуто теоретичні основи антимонопольного регулювання. Класифіковано інструменти антимонопольної політики та проаналізовано заходи антимонопольного регулювання, що застосовуються до мережевих компаній та платформ. Визначено роль та функції антимонопольних органів України та проведено аналіз чинного законодавстваThe bachelor's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of research is the system of antimonopoly regulation in the conditions of the network economy. The work considers the theoretical aspects of the problem of implementing antimonopoly policy in the network economy. The theoretical foundations of antimonopoly regulation are considered. The instruments of antimonopoly policy are classified and the measures of antimonopoly regulation applied to network companies and platforms are analyzed. The role and functions of the antimonopoly bodies of Ukraine are determined and an analysis of the current legislation is carried out.
