Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретико-методологічні основи управління стійкістю бізнесу. Оцінено поточний стан ресторанного ринку в Україні. Проаналізовано вплив цифровізації на процеси управління стійкістю бізнесу. Обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження комплексної програми автоматизації бізнес-процесів за допомогою CRM-системи, дано характеристику сучасного стану функціонування. Проаналізовано внутрішнє середовище бізнесу. Розглянуто показники ефективності впровадженого проєкту цифровізації та його впливу на стійкість бізнесу, досліджено ризики впровадження цього проєкту.The paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of business sustainability management. The current state of the restaurant market in Ukraine is assessed. The impact of digitalization on business sustainability management processes is analyzed. The feasibility of implementing a comprehensive business process automation program using a CRM system is substantiated, the current state of functioning is described. The internal business environment is analyzed. The effectiveness indicators of the implemented digitalization project and its impact on business sustainability are considered, and the risks of implementing this project are investigated.
