Творчі вправи як засіб розвитку комунікативної компетенції студентів

Abstract

У статті акцентується увага на відмінностях між компетентністю та компетенцією, розглядаються особливості комунікативної компетенції та визначаються її складові. Також аналізуються відмінності творчих вправ від нетворчих. Автори пропонують низку творчих вправ, які можна застосовувати під час занять із студентами іноземною мовою та визначають їх вплив на розвиток комунікативної компетенції. Під час проведення експерименту групи поділяються на контрольні та експериментальну. Ефективність застосування творчих вправ та їх вплив на розвиток комунікативної компетенції студентів перевіряється за допомогою методу аналізу продуктів діяльності студентів та методу експертної оцінки з боку викладачів-предметників.

В статье акцентируется внимание на отличиях между компетентностью и компетенцией, рассматриваются особенности коммуникативной компетенции и выявляются её составляющие. Также анализируются отличия творческих упражнений и нетворческих. Авторы предлагают ряд творческих упражнений, которые можно использовать во время занятий иностранным языком со студентами и определяют их влияние на развитие коммуникативной компетенции. Во время проведения эксперимента группы делят на контрольные и экспериментальную. Эффективность использования творческих упражнений и их влияние на развитие коммуникативной компетенции студентов проверяется с помощью метода анализа продуктов деятельности и метода экспертной оценки со стороны преподавателей-предметников.

The article focuses on the differences between competence and capacity: capacity – is a certain standard, the achievement of which may indicate the possibility of a correct solution of a certain task, and competence – is an assessment to achieve this standard. The features of the communicative capacity are considered and its components are identified: language capacity, subject capacity, linguistic capacity and pragmatic capacity. Also the differences of creative and uncreative exercises are analyzed: creative exercise allows the creation of new methods of operation or peculiar use of existing methods, which leads to the emergence of new knowledge. The authors offer a number of creative exercises that can be used at foreign language lessons with students. The suggested exercises force students to think creatively finding solutions of specific problems, to prove and justify their point of view, to find arguments and counterarguments on the same topic. Having led series of creative exercises, the authors define their influence on the development of students` communicative capacity.As a creative exercise we used: role-playing and business games, brainstorming, creative discussion, talking and others. There is an example of brainstorming: students are proposed to think and suggest methods of recovery of the Ukrainian economy. The task of the teacher is to encourage students to offer as many proposals as possible (in English), even the most fantastic. Then there is a discussion of the proposed options and choice of the most appropriate solution of the problem.During the experiment, the groups are divided into control and experimental. The effectiveness of the use of creative exercises at English lessons and their influence on the development of students` communicative capacity are tested with the help of the method of the activity products analysis and method of expert evaluation by the subject teachers.
