Abstract

У статті досліджено поняття мотиваційного процесу, його складових, основних етапів та результату, на який він спрямований. Запропоновано схему мотиваційного процесу, яка розглядає мотиваційну сферу особистості як внутрішнє джерело спонукання до діяльності та враховує її вплив на рівень мотивації людини. The concept of the motivational process, its components, milestones and results to which it is directed, are investigated in this article. The scheme of the motivational process thatconsiders the motivational sphere of the individual as an internal source of motivation to work and take into account its impact on human motivation is proposed.
