| Abstract: | У статті виділено основні переваги та недоліки залучення аутсорсингу в діяльність підприємства. Розглянуто їх вплив на різні сфери управління діяльністю підприємства, такі як розвиток, персонал, фінанси, організація, виробництво. Визначено вигоди для підприємства-замовника та негативні наслідки взаємодії з аутсорсером. The main advantages and shortcomings of the involvement of outsourcing to the enterprise activity are determined in the article. Their impact on the different areas of the enterprise activity management, such as development, staff, finances, organization, production, are examined. The interests for the enterprise-customer and negative effects of the cooperation with outsourcer are determined. |
