Проблеми інтегральної оцінки людського капіталу

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему о цінки людського капіталу. Описано існуючі методи оцінки людського капіталу: на основі традиційних макроекономічних показників та індексів людського капіталу, розроблених міжнародними організаціями. Виділено основні переваги та недоліки цих методик. Запропоновано розширити методику оцінки людського капіталу через включення в розрахунок показників інституційної системи. The problem of human capital evaluation is analyzed in the article. The main methods of human capital evaluation are described. Among them: the method based on the traditional economic indicators and on the indexes of human capital, designed by the international organizations. The main advantages and disadvantages of these methods are underlined in the article. It is proposed to extend the existing methods of human capital evaluation by including the indicators of institutional system.
