Релевантність експресивності в науково-популярних текстах економічного дискурсу

Abstract

У поданій статті досліджено категорію експресивності як одну з головних текстово-дискурсивних категорій. Обґрунтовано релевантність експресивності в текстах наукового мовлення. Проілюстровано наявність конструкцій експресивного синтаксису в українському економічному дискурсі.

В данной статье исследуется категория экспрессивности как одна из главных текстово-дискурсивных категорий. Обосновывается релевантность экспрессивности в текстах научной речи. Продемонстрировано наличие конструкций экспрессивного синтаксиса в украинском экономическом дискурсе.

Modern philological researches are directed on studying of communicative and functional relevance of language, research of the text as product of vigorous language activity of the person. The special attention of linguists is drawn by category of expressivity and ways of its expression in various types of a discourse, in particular, functioning of traditional and latest figures of expressional syntax in different styles of language. In domestic and foreign linguistics at this stage the expressivity is one of the categories, which are, most characterized such kind of texts. However, despite the large number of linguistic research in modern linguistics is no consensus on the definition of the essence of the concept of "expressive", its functions and communication with adjacent categories. The founder of the modern concept and methods of research of expressional factors of the speech Charles Balli meant emotional perception of reality and aspiration to transfer him to the addressee by expressivity. The expressivity of the text or part of the text is expressed in their ability to transfer value with the increased intensity for expression of the internal state speaking. Emotional or logical strengthening acts as result of such intensity. Expressivization is expressed in the speech through subjective perception of reality that is the expressivity can be interpreted as the subject's relation to that is expressed with possible existence still to emotionality and estimation. The main components of expressivity call emotionality, estimation, figurativeness and intensity. The analysis of differential signs of these categories indicates their interrelation and a partial community, however denies their synonymous. Differentiation of concepts of expressivity and emotionality and denial of their identity allow avoiding an inaccuracy of judgments about lack of an expression in the scientific speech. Unlike art texts which thanks to a saturation art means as indicators of expressivity transfer to the reader intellectual, esthetic and emotional information, a main objective of an expression of the texts of scientific style calculated on logical, but not on emotional sensory perception is substantiality (so-called intellectual expressivity). Manifestation of author's identity in the scientific text determines the level of emotions. The expressivity of scientific style is caused by informative and communicative requirement: the contents of the scientific text become more convincing thanks to selection of relevant language means, transfers of necessary information in the corresponding form that is expressional language. In comparison with other levels of language, elements of expressional syntax of the scientific speech are investigated insufficiently. However, syntactic express willows, in our opinion, make a basis of language system of the scientific speech, as the use of emotional and expressional lexicon is limited to norms of a scientific discourse. In our research, existence of designs of expressional syntax in an economic discourse on material of the printing version of the Ukrainian scientific magazine «Ekonomist» is shown. Systematicity of use of the specified syntactic means of expressivity in modem scientific texts allow drawing a conclusion that the expressivity has the status of a backbone sign and acts as one of the most important conditions of realization of pragmatic function of texts of the economic direction.
