| Abstract: | This article examines employee motivation in Ukrainian enterprises of fat-and-oil industry and is based on case studies among employees and managers of the largest plants. The study explains, why Western theories and approaches to employee motivation may not work in Ukraine. We reached three conclusions, regarding the specificity of reality of management in Ukrainian enterprises. |
