Педагогічна система українського дитячого центру «Молода гвардія»: напрямки модернізації

Abstract

У статті аналізується освітньо-педагогічна діяльність в Українському дитячому центрі «Молода гвардія» в контексті тенденцій розвитку сучасної системи освіти. Автор вивчає стан сучасної системи оздоровлення та відпочинку дітей в Україні, розкриває особливості функціонування дитячих рекреаційних центрів. Нова соціокультурна реальність потребує внесення коректив в роботу дитячих рекреаційних центрів, а саме: удосконалення змісту і структури освітньо-виховної практики, перегляду існуючих підходів до організації діяльності, впровадження нових навчальних технологій та пошуку нових напрямків роботи. В контексті проблем модернізації дитячих рекреаційних центрів значну увагу приділено особливостям сучасної освіти. Автор розглядає педагогічну систему Українського дитячого центру «Молода гвардія» та вказує основні напрямки її модернізації.

В статье анализируется образовательно-педагогическая деятельность в Украинском детском центре «Молодая гвардия» в контексте тенденций развития современной системы образования. Автор изучает состояние современной системы оздоровления и отдыха детей в Украине, раскрывает особенности функционирования детских рекреационных центров. Новая социокультурная реальность требует внесения корректив в работу детских рекреационных центров, а именно: усовершенствование содержания и структуры образовательно-воспитательной практики, пересмотра существующих подходов к организации деятельности, внедрения новых обучающих технологий и поиска новых направлений работы. В контексте проблем модернизации детских рекреационных центров значительное внимание уделено особенностям современного образования. Автор рассматривает педагогическую систему Украинского детского центра «Молодая гвардия» и указывает основные направления ее модернизации.

The article deals with the pedagogical activity of the Ukrainian child center «Molodaia hvardiia» in the context of the development tendencies of modern educational system. The author investigates the state of modern recreation and relaxation system of children in Ukraine, reveals peculiarities of functioning child recreational centers. Besides, he emphasizes the efficiency of establishments of stationary type, which usually include country child educational and recreational centers. New socio-cultural reality requires implementing some corrections into the work of child recreational centers: improvement of the content and structure of educational practice, reviewing existing approaches to the activity organization, implementing new teaching technologies and searching for new directions in work. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of modern education in the context of modernization problems of child recreation centers. Taking the basic tendencies of education development into account, an attempt to determine possible directions of reforming pedagogical system of recreation establishments is performed. The author considers pedagogical system of Ukrainian child center «Molodaia Hvardiia» and specifies main directions of its modernization. The article also presents the experience of implementing the following interactive educational technologies into the pedagogical practice of the Ukrainian child center «Molodaia Hvardiia»: project teaching technology, technology of theatre pedagogy, social and pedagogical technology “Forum theatre” etc. The peculiarities of the interactive teaching model in terms of recreation are revealed. In the context of educational innovations the place and role of modern child centers in the educational system are determined and their educational potential is also revealed. As practice shows, the modernization process of the child recreation system is a complex and controversial phenomenon, which requires profound and complex research, coordination of scientists’ attempts, wise government policy in this field. Solution of this problem is impossible without scientific and methodical justification of recreational systems of child centers and the development of clear conceptual policy, which determines the model of modern child recreation and relaxation.
