Облік та контроль виробничих запасів: сучасний стан та напрями удосконалення (на прикладі КП «Теплопостачання міста Одеси»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження- процес обліку, контролю та аналізу використання виробничих запасів на КП «Теплопостачання міста Одеси» У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти економічної сутності, класифікації та оцінки виробничих запасів, документальне оформлення руху виробничих запасів, проблемні питання з обліку виробничих запасів . Проаналізовано основні техніко-економічні показники-КП «Теплопостачання міста Одеса», динаміку показників ефективності використання матеріальних ресурсів. Запропоновано спрощення оформлення операцій, які пов’язані з оприбуткуванням та витратами матеріальних цінностей; стежити за ретельним і своєчасним проведенням інвентаризацій, контрольних, документальних та вибіркових перевірках.

Analyzed the main technical and economic indicators-KP "Heat supply of Odessa city", the dynamics of indicators of efficiency of use of material resources, the impact of items of work to change the volume of production and sales of the enterprise. The proposed simplification of transactions related to receipt and consumption of material values; to follow a careful and timely inventory audit, control, and selective documentary audits which are important in maintaining materials; organize the initial documents, increase the level of automation of accounting and computing work, to ensure strict acceptance procedures, storage and usage of raw materials, components, etc.; implement effective forms of preliminary and current control over observance of norms of inventory and cost of material resources, to pay more attention to improve the reliability of operational accounting components, semi-finished products, components, assemblies and the like.
