Удосконалення технології управління підприємством

Abstract

У роботі досліджено теоретичні основи розробки та впровадження технологій управління підприємством, зокрема основні підходи до встановлення сутності поняття «технологія управління». Вивчено класифікаційні підходи до управлінських технологій. Проведено аналіз сільськогосподарської галузі України, встановлено її сучасний стан та фактори, що його спричинили. Обґрунтовано напрямок удосконалення технології управління ПП "Арм – Агро", розроблено заходи з її удосконалення та оцінено їх ефективність.The theoretical principles of the development and implementation of enterprise management technologies, in particular, the basic approaches to the establishment of the essence of the concept of "technology of management", are investigated. The classification approaches to managerial technologies have been studied. The analysis of the agricultural sector of Ukraine was carried out. Its current state and factors that caused it were determined. The direction of improving the management technology of PP "Arm - Agro" was grounded.
