Управління фінансовими ресурсами банків: стан та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розкривається актуальність дослідження за обраним напрямом, ставиться проблема, мета і завдання дослідження, визначаються предмет та об'єкт дослідження. Висвітлюються концептуальні засади формування та використання фінансових ресурсів банків. Крім того, у кваліфікаційній роботі проводиться аналіз динаміки, структури, достатності та ефективності використання власного капіталу банківських установ України; аналізується практика залучення депозитних ресурсів комерційними банками України та оцінюється фінансова стійкість комерційних банків України. В процесі роботи зроблено висновки та пропозиції щодо напрямків вдосконалення процесу управління фінансовими ресурсами банківських установ.

The thesis reveals the relevance of the research in the chosen field, sets the problem, the purpose and objectives of the study, and determines the subject and object of the study. The conceptual principles of formation and use of financial resources of banks are described. In addition, the qualitative work analyzes the dynamics, structure, sufficiency and efficiency of the use of equity capital of banking institutions of Ukraine; the practice of attracting deposit resources by commercial banks of Ukraine is analyzed and the financial stability of commercial banks of Ukraine is estimated. In the process of work, conclusions and suggestions are made on the directions of improvement of the process of management of financial resources of banking institutions.
