Державний борг в умовах ринкової трансформації

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є економічна природи боргових зобов’язань країни в умовах ринкової трансформації. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти соціально-економічної природи державного боргу в умовах ринкової трансформації. Державний борг обґрунтовується як економічна категорія. Проаналізовано вплив державного боргу на соціально-економічний стан країни. Надано оцінку ефективності управління державним боргом. Запропоновано напрямки підвищення ефективності управління державним боргом та економіко-математична модель оптимізації державної заборгованості.Master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the study is the economic nature of the country's debt obligations in a market transformation. The theoretical aspects of the socio-economic nature of public debt under conditions of market transformation are considered in the paper. State debt is justified as an economic category. The influence of public debt on the socio-economic state of the country is analyzed. The estimation of efficiency of management of the state debt is given. The directions of increasing the efficiency of public debt management and the economic-mathematical model of optimizing public debt are proposed.
