Облік, аудит та аналіз витрат на оплату праці (на прикладі ТОВ «Одеса Проммашімпорт ЛТД»)

Abstract

У роботі розкриті теоретичні поняття заробітної плати, як економічної категорії та об’єкта бухгалтерського обліку та контролю; описанні системи, форми та види оплати праці на підприємствах України; вивчені проблемні питання організації обліку розрахунків з оплати праці на підприємствах України. Проаналізовано діючу практику обліку та внутрішнього контролю оплати праці на ТОВ «Одеса Проммашімпорт ЛТД», Запропоновано удосконалити облік оплати праці, створити більш ефективну систему розрахунків, ввести до синтетичного рахунку 66 «Розрахунки за виплатами працівникам» аналітичні субрахунки, спростити документообіг на підприємстві.

Master's qualification work consists of three sections. Object of research - Accounting, audit and analysis of labor costs. The paper deals with theoretical concepts of wages as an economic category and object of accounting and control; description of the system, forms and types of remuneration at the enterprises of Ukraine; Problematic issues of the accounting of payroll calculations at Ukrainian enterprises were studied. The current practice of accounting and internal control of labor remuneration on LLC "Odessa Prommashimport LTD" is analyzed, It is proposed to improve the payroll accounting, to create a more efficient system of settlements, to introduce analytical subaccounts into the synthetic account 66 "Payments to employees", to simplify the document circulation in the enterprise.
