Оцінка інвестиційної привабливості регіону (на прикладі Одескої області)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи інвестиційної привабливості та інвестиційного клімату регіону. Зроблено аналіз основних економічних показників інвестиційної привабливості Одеського регіону, розроблено аналіз на мікро- та макро- рівні регіону. На основі аналізу зроблено висновок про інвестиційний стан районів та області в цілому. Пропонуються основні напрями поліпшення інвестиційного становища, які спрямовані на залучення нових інвесторів. Зокрема аналізується стан соціально - економічної діяльності регіону, розподіл інвестицій на території регіону . Проведений аналіз інвестиційної привабливості районів в області, аналіз інвестиційної привабливості регіону на рівні країни. Розроблений прогноз основних макроекономічних показників інвестиційної привабливості.

Diploma consists of three chapters. The point of interest is investment condition of Odessa region.The main theme is cooperation with the theoretical basis of investment attractiveness and investment climate in the region.Analysis preforms the main economic indicators of investment attractiveness of the Odessa region, which designed to preform analysis micro- and macro-regional level.
