Фірма в умовах трансформаційної економіки України

Abstract

Відповідно, об’єктом дослідження є теорії фірми, а предметом дослідження – особливості розгляду питань існування і розвитку фірм в економічних теоріях. Проаналізовано теорії фірми Шумпетера, Пенроуз та Коузарозглянути класифікацію фірм за формою власності, сутність доходів фірми, розглянути фактори виробництва та їх групування, охарактеризовано витрати фірми. Вивчити сутність прибутку фірми, досліджено позитивний та негативний ефект від масштабу діяльності. Охарактеризовано досконалу конкуренцію та поведінку фірми на ринку досконалої конкуренції.

The purpose of the thesis is to study the theory of the firm. Accordingly, the object of the study is the theory of the firm, and the subject of the study - the peculiarities of considering issues of the existence and development of firms in economic theories. The theories of firm Schumpeter, Penrose and Coase are analyzed the classification of firms in the form of property, the essence of the company's income, consider the factors of production and their grouping, the costs of the firm are characterized. To study the essence of the firm's profit, the positive and negative effect of the scale of activity is investigated. It is characterized perfect competition and firm behavior in the market of perfect competition.
