Стратегічне управління системою стійких конкурентних переваг на ТОВ «Цемент»

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти управління системою стійких конкурентних переваг. Узагальнено особливості формування конкурентних переваг, надано визначення поняття та її класифікація. Проаналізовано фінансову стійкість підприємства ТОВ «Цемент». Розроблено глибокий аналіз зовнішнього середовища цементної галузі. Запропоновано карту стратегічних полів цементної галузі за характеристиками виробничої потужності та асортименту. Досліджено роботу науковців та згідно з нею запропоновано аналіз та формування компетенцій ТОВ «Цемент». Розроблено матрицю взаємозв’язків ресурсів, можливостей та компетенцій. Сформовано стійкі конкурентні переваги ТОВ «Цемент» та розроблено заходи щодо покращення роботи підприємства.

The theoretical aspects of management of a system of stable competitive advantages are considered in this diploma. The peculiarities of the formation of competitive advantages are generalized, definition of the concept and its classification are given. The financial stability of Cement Ltd is analyzed. A deep analysis of the external environment of the cement industry is developed. A map of strategic fields of the cement industry is offered on the characteristics of production capacity and assortment. The work of scientists is researched and according to it the analysis and formation of competencies of Ltd «Cement». A matrix of interrelationships of resources, capabilities and competencies has been developed. The stable competitive advantages of Ltd Cement have been formed and measures to improve the work of the company have been developed.
