Формування конкурентної стратегії мінімізації витрат на ТОВ «Лібра»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються: теоретичні аспекти формування конкурентної стратегії мінімізації витрат. Аналіз конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Лібра». Розробка заходів щодо покращення конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Лібра». У роботі для підвищення конкурентоспроможності запропоновано використати алгоритм Кларка Райта для маршрутизації доставки товару. За результатами розрахункiв підприємство зможе заощадити тiльки на паливi 36,16% порiвняно з маятниковим маршрутом або 52161,2 грн. на рiк та 11,73% порiвняно з методикою найближчого сусiда або 12235,6 грн. Тами чином за оптимiстичним прогнозом у 2018 роцi витрати на збут складуть 2160 тис. грн. , а операцiйнi витрати 30700 тис. грн.. Запропонованi заходи дозволять пiдвищити коефiцiєнт конкурентоспроможностi пiдприємства на 0,06 та досягти рiвня 1,05.

The proposed measures will increase the competitiveness coefficient of the enterprise by 0.06 and reach the level of 1.05.
