Удocкoналення екcпoртнoї дiяльнocтi великoгo прoмиcлoвoгo пiдприємcтва (на прикладi ПАТ «OДЕCКАБЕЛЬ»)

Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження виступає експортна діяльність промислового підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні основи та практичні організаційно-економічні заходи щодо удосконалення експортної діяльності великого промислового підприємства. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи експортної діяльності великих промислових підприємств. Визначено поняття експортної діяльності підприємства, досліджено та узагальнено чинники, що впливають на її ефективність, методи оцінювання ефективності експортної діяльності. За допомогою SWOT-аналізу визначено чинники, що впливають на експортну діяльність ПАТ «Одескабель», проведено аналіз експортної діяльності підприємства, зроблено економічний аналіз ефективності експорту ПАТ «Одескабель». Запропоновано основні напрями удосконалення експортної діяльності ПАТ «Одескабель» за рахунок мінімізації витрат та впровадження онлайн-системи відстеження показників ефективності зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, зокрема експорту підприємства.

Object of study is the export activity of an industrial enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical basis and practical organizational and economic measures to increase the efficiency of the export business of a large industrial enterprise. The article deals with the theoretical bases of export activity of large industrial enterprises. The concept of export activity of the enterprise is defined, the factors influencing its efficiency, methods of estimation of export activity efficiency are investigated and generalized. Using SWOT-analysis, factors influencing the export activity of PJSC "Odeskabel" were determined, an analysis of the export activity of the enterprise was carried out, an economic analysis of the export efficiency of PJSC "Odeskabel" was made. The main directions of improvement of export activity of PJSC "Odeskabel" are offered at the expense of cost minimization and the introduction of an online system of monitoring the indicators of the efficiency of foreign economic activity, in particular the export of the enterprise. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of of export activity of large industrial enterprises, as well as practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of such activities. The concept of export activity of the enterprise is defined, the factors influencing its efficiency, methods of estimation of export activity efficiency are investigated and generalized. The SWOT-analysis of factors influencing PJSC "Odeskabel", analyzed the export activity of the enterprise, analyzes the economic analysis of the export efficiency of PJSC "Odeskabel". The main directions of increase of efficiency of export activity of PJSC "Odeskabel" are offered at the expense of cost minimization and implementation of the online system.
