Удосконалення організації надання послуг у туристичних підприємствах

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об'єктом дослідження є процес організації надання послуг у туристичних підприємствах. У роботі розглядаються сутність і класифікація ринку туристичних послуг, особливості надання послуг на підприємствах туризму, досліджено світовий досвід удосконалення системи надання туристичних послуг. Проаналізована загальна діяльність ТОВ «Лідер Спорт» СПА-комплекс «Загублений світ», проаналізована фінансово-економічна діяльність підприємства, проаналізовано організацію надання послуг підприємством та проведена оцінка конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Лідер Спорт» Спа-комплексу «Загублений світ». Запропоновані рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи надання послуг у ТОВ «Лідер Спорт» Спа-комплексу «Загублений світ», розроблена програма дій щодо організації надання послуг у підприємстві та проведена оцінка ефективності запропонованих заходів.

Thesis consists of three chapters. The object of research is the process of organizing the provision of services in tourist enterprises. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the essence and classification of the market of tourist services, the features of providing services in tourist enterprises, the world experience of improving the system of providing tourist services. The general activity of the SPA complex "Leader Sport" LLC "The Lost World" was analyzed, the financial and economic activity of the enterprise was analyzed, the organization of the provision of services by the enterprise was analyzed and the competitiveness of "Leader Sport" LLC "Spa-complex" Lost World "was evaluated. Recommendations for improving the system of rendering services to LLC "Leader Sport" of the "Lost World" Spa Complex were developed, an action plan was developed for the organization of provision of services at the enterprise and an assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures were implemented.
