Проаналізовано національну законодавчу базу, стан ринку України. Master's qualification work consists of three sections. Object of research - Chocolate is its commodity-specific characteristic. The paper deals with theoretical aspects concerning the methods of commodity research of chocolate experiment. The national legal framework, the state of the Ukrainian market, is analyzed. |
