Abstract

Метою дослідження є вивчення теоретичних основ злиття та поглинання банків, розкриття діючої теорії та практики з проблемних питань процесів злиття та поглинання у банківському секторі, а також пошук шляхів їх подальшого розвитку.The purpose of the study is to study the theoretical foundations of banks' mergers and acquisitions, to open the current theory and practice on problematic issues of merger and acquisition processes in the banking sector, as well as to find ways of their further development.
