| Abstract: | У роботі досліджуються теоретичні основи ефективності діяльності підприємств ресторанного господарства. Аналізується стан фінансово-господарської діяльності ресторанного комплексу «Тиха гавань» за 2015-2016 роки. Обґрунтовуються пропозиції із підвищення економічної ефективності ресторанного комплексу «Тиха гавань». In this work the theoretical bases of efficiency of enterprises of restaurant industry are investigated. The state of financial-economic activity of the restaurant complex "Silent Harbor" for 2015-2016 is analyzed. Proposals for improving the economic efficiency of the restaurant complex "Tychy havana" are grounded. |
