Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану кафе в Україні. Вивчено місце кафе у складі закладів ресторанного господарства. Розглянуто позитивні та негативні тенденції розвитку кафе протягом останніх років. Зроблено висновок про перспективи розвитку цих закладів ресторанного господарства.The article is devoted to the research of the current state of the cafe in Ukraine. The place of the cafe in the restaurant industry was studied. Positive and negative tendencies of cafe development in recent years are considered. A conclusion is drawn about the prospects for the development of these restaurants in the restaurant industry.
