Удосконалення оплати праці на підприємстві (на прикладі ОК «Граніт»)

Abstract

Мета роботи полягає в удосконаленні системи оплати праці на підприємстві. Для досягнення поставленої мети, потрібно визначити техніко-економічні показники підприємства, проаналізувати оплату праці та співвідношення зростання продуктивності праці та заробітної плати на досліджуваному підприємстві, також розробити пропозиції та методи щодо удосконалення системи оплати праці.

The purpose of the work is to improve the system of remuneration at the enterprise. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to determine the technical and economic indicators of the enterprise, analyze the labor remuneration and the ratio of growth of labor productivity and wages at the investigated enterprise, as well as develop proposals and methods for improving the system of remuneration.
