Економічне обґрунтування проекту створення бізнесу в сфері комп’ютерної освіти

Abstract

Мета випускної роботи: - визначити актуальність даної теми; - охарактеризувати бізнес-ідею створення комп’ютерної школі в м. Одеса; - обґрунтувати доцільність впровадження проекту; - визначити умови організації та здійснення підприємницької діяльності у сфері комп’ютерної освіти в Україні;

- проаналізувати стан ринку послуг комп’ютерних шкіл у м. Одеса; - проаналізувати ціни на послуги серед конкурентів; - дослідити тенденцію зростання/зменшення попиту на послуги комп’ютерних шкіл та на всю сферу програмування; - розрахувати основні витрати на впровадження проекту; - розрахувати собівартість послуг, щоб потім визначити дохід та прибуток, який підприємець буде отримувати; - на основі доходу та прибутку визначити грошовий потік за 2018-2022 роки, термін окупності проекту, внутрішню норму дохідності, індекс прибутковості, точку беззбитковості та інші важливі показники; - оцінити можливі ризики та їх вплив на діяльність компанії; - розробити систему заходів для мінімізації ризиків.

The purpose of the graduation work: - to determine the relevance of this topic; - characterize the business idea of creating a computer school in Odessa; - substantiate expediency of project implementation; - to determine the conditions for the organization and implementation of entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of computer education in Ukraine;

- to analyze the state of the market of computer schools services in Odessa; - analyze prices of services among competitors; - to study the tendency of growth / decrease of demand for computer schools services and for the whole programming sphere; - calculate the main costs of project implementation; - calculate the cost of services to then determine the income and profit that an entrepreneur will receive; - on the basis of income and profit, determine the cash flow for 2018-2022 years, the payback period of the project, the internal rate of return, the index of profitability, the break-even point and other important indicators; - assess possible risks and their impact on the company's activity; - Develop a system of measures to minimize risks.
