галузі ресторанного господарства. Обґрунтована ідея бізнесу та система
оподаткування.
Проаналізований конкурентне середовище на ринку ресторанного
господарства.
Запропоновано проект створення підприємства. Проведено оцінку
економічної ефективності проекту. Проаналізовано можливі ризики та
запропоновано заходи щодо їхньої мінімізації.
The final work of the bachelor consists of the three sections. The object of the research is the process of substantiation of the feasibility of creating a restaurant-pizzeria for the franchise "PESTO CAFE". The article deals with the theoretical aspects of opening a business in the field of restaurant industry. The idea of business and taxation system is grounded. The conditional environment in the market of restaurant industry is analyzed. The competitive state of the enterprise is determined. The project of creation of the enterprise is offered. An estimation of economic efficiency of the project is conducted. The analysis of possible risks and measures to minimize them are proposed.
