Економічне обґрунтування проекту відкриття арт-хостелу

Abstract

У роботі досліджується можливість започаткування власного бізнесу в Україні в сфері готельного бізнесу: розглянуто загальну концепцію бізнесу, проаналізовано умови організації та здійснення підприємницької діяльності. Пропонується проект створення арт-хостелу. Сформовано стартовий капітал на реалізацію проекту, розраховані поточні витрати та спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації послуг арт-хостелу. Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проекту, охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проекту та шляхи їх мінімізації.

The final thesis consists of three chapters. The object of the research – the process of justification of the feasibility of creating an art-hostel. The possibility of starting own business in Ukraine in the hospitality industry has been studied in the thesis: The general concept of business has been considered, conditions of organization and carrying out of of business activity have been analyzed. The project for the creation of an art-hostel is suggested. Startup capital has been formed for the project implementation, current expenses have been calculated and profit from the sale of services of the art-hostel has been predicted. Economic justification of expediency of implementation of the project has been carried out, possible risks of implementation of the project and ways of their minimization have been described.
