Економічне обґрунтування проекту створення кафе швидкого обслуговування „Печена картопля”

Abstract

У роботі розглядається загальна концепція відкриття бізнесу у сфері ресторанного господарства. Розглянуто бізнес-ідею започаткування кафе швидкого харчування у місті Одеса в Приморському районі. Досліджуються умови організації та здійснення підприємницької діяльності в Одесі. Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище на ринку ресторанного господарства у м. Одеса та визначені внутрішні конкурентні переваги закладу «Печена картопля», визначені напрями розвитку кафе. Розраховано витрати на створення і функціонування кафе швидкого харчування. Спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації продукції закладу. Проведено оцінку економічної ефективності проекту. Проаналізовані можливі ризики та запропоновані заходи щодо їх мінімізації.

The paper considers the general concept of opening a business in the restaurant industry. Considered the business idea of starting a fast food cafe in the city of Odessa in the Primorsky district. The conditions of organization and implementation of entrepreneurial activity in Odessa are investigated. The competitive environment in the restaurant market in Odessa was analyzed and the internal competitive advantages of the "Baked Potato" establishment were determined, directions of development of the cafe were determined. The cost of creating and operating a fast food cafe is calculated. Predicted profit from sales of the institution. An estimation of economic efficiency of the project is conducted. The analysis of possible risks and proposed measures to minimize them.
