Управління прибутком підприємства

Abstract

В роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти системи управління прибутком підприємства: визначено економічну сутність, функції та значення прибутку в умовах ринкової економіки, розглянуто склад і класифікація прибутку як об’єкта управління та досліджено методичні аспекти системи управління прибутком підприємства у сучасних умовах. Проаналізовано загальну характеристику ПП «ЛТ - Офіс» і його економічної служби, проведено оцінку фінансового стану та аналіз системи управління прибутком на ПП «ЛТ - Офіс». Наведено актуальні проблеми управління прибутком підприємства та запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення системи управління прибутку з метою оптимізації системи фінансових результатів.

The final work consists of three sections. The object of the research is the economic activity and profit of PP "LT-Office". The theoretical aspects of the enterprise profit management system are considered: the economic essence, functions and value of profit in the conditions of a market economy are determined, composition and profit classification as the object of management are considered and the methodical aspects of the profit management system management system in modern conditions are examined. The general description of PP "LT - Office" and its economic service is analyzed, financial status assessment and profit management system analysis for PP "LT - Office" is conducted. The actual problems of managing the profit of the enterprise are presented and ways of improving the profit management system are proposed in order to optimize the systemof financial results.
