Модернізація освіти в умовах європейської інтеграції України

Abstract

Метою даної статті є дослідження процесу модернізації української освіти в контексті євроінтеграції, компаративістський аналіз європейського та національного векторів удосконалення освітньої системи, визначення оптимального шляху подальшого розвитку української вищої освіти. Було зроблено висновок, що процес модернізації системи національної освіти в умовах євроінтеграції можна визначити як прогресивний динамічний розвиток у напрямку підвищення якості освіти та її економічної ефективності, гуманізації та гуманітаризації освітнього простору. Оптимальною формою модернізації системи вищої освіти є впровадження «студентоцентричної моделі навчання», концептуальну основу якої складають персоналізація, компетентнісний підхід, забезпечення реалізації принципу свободи та формування почуття відповідальності за власне навчання.

The purpose of this article is to study the process of modernizing of Ukrainian education in the context of European integration, comparative analysis of European and national vectors for improving the educational system, and determining the optimal path for the further development of Ukrainian higher education. It was concluded that the process of modernizing of the national education system in the conditions of European integration can be defined as progressive dynamic development in the direction of improving the quality of education and its economic efficiency, humanization and humanitarization of the educational space. The optimal form of modernization of the higher education system is the introduction of a «student–centered learning model», the conceptual basis of which is personalization, competence–based approach, ensuring the implementation of the principle of freedom and the formation of a sense of responsibility for their own learning.
