Abstract

У роботі розглядаються питання, пов’язані із визначенням поняття готельної послуги, її складовими компонентами, готельного продукту та його рівнів у реалізації для споживачів.The paper deals with issues related to the definition of the concept of hotel service, its component components, hotel product and its levels of implementation for consumers. Also defined is the concept of a new service, the level of novelty or extension of the existing service.
