Перспективи розвитку ресторанного господарства як складової туристичної галузі України

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи розвитку ресторанного господарства як складової туристичної галузі, надано класифікацію закладів ресторанного господарства, досліджено сучасні тенденції розвитку ресторанного господарства України, проаналізовано стан ринку ресторанного господарства України,визначені основні тенденції розвитку Київської, Одеської та Львівської областей. У аналітичній частині досліджено специфіку функціонування кафе «Піца Челентано». Розроблено комплекс заходів щодо розвитку діяльності та підвищення привабливості кафе «Піца Челентано».

The theoretical aspects of the development of the restaurant industry as a component of the tourism industry are considered, the classification of restaurants was presented, ,the modern tendencies of the restaurant economy of Ukraine were explored, the state of the restaurant market economy of Ukraine were studied, the main trends of the development of Kyiv, Odessa and Lviv oblasts were presented. The analytical part explores the specifics of the functioning of the cafe «Pizza Celentano». The complex of measures for development of activity and increase the attractiveness of the cafe "Pizza Celentano" was developed.
