| Abstract: | У випускній роботі розглядаються організація оплати праці, мотивації і стимулювання персоналу підприємств готельного господарства. Аналізується стан фінансово-господарської діяльності готелю «Катерина ІІ» за 2015-2017 роки. In the final work, the organization of remuneration, motivation and stimulation of personnel of the enterprises of the hotel industry are considered. The state of financial and economic activity of the hotel «Ekaterina II» for 2015-2017 is analyzed. |
