Abstract

У роботі розглядаються питання формування необхідних для ефективного використання механізму іпотечного кредитування набір умов, зниження вартості кредитів, доступних для фізичних осіб за рахунок вигоди для всіх суб'єктів процесу іпотечного кредитування.The paper deals with the formation of a set of conditions necessary for the effective use of the mortgage lending mechanism, reducing the cost of loans available to individuals at the expense of benefits for all actors in the process of mortgage lending.
