Реалізація стратегії підприємства на засадах збалансованої системи показників

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи сутності процесу стратегічного планування. Проаналізовано діяльність підприємства та сучасні тенденції розвитку зернової галузі. Визначено галузеві загрози й можливості Одеського зернового терміналу. Обґрунтовано використання методики Каплана-Нортона. Розроблено збалансовану систему показників для оцінки реалізації стратегії портового елеватору Одеського зернового терміналу. Встановлено цільові значення показників та запропоновано програми конкретних дій - стратегічні ініціативи.Diploma thesis deals with the theoretical foundations of the essence of the the strategic planning process. The enterprise activity and modern trends of the grain industry development are analyzed. The industry threats and opportunities of the Odessa grain terminal are determined. The use of the BSC technique, namely Kaplan-Norton, was substantiated. A balanced system of indicators has been developed to assess the implementation of the strategy. The target values of the indicators have been established and the program of concrete actions - strategic initiatives has been proposed.
