| Abstract: | У роботі досліджено особливості конкурентних стратегій та стратегії лідирування по витратам. Розглянено теоретичні аспекти системи "бережливе виробництво та удосконалено процес управління "бережливим виробництвом" на основі циклу Демінга. Розроблено концептуальну схему формування конкурентної стратегії на основі "бережливого виробництва". The work is concerned with the investigation of specific features of competitive strategies and cost leadership strategy. Also theoretical aspects of lean production were considered and management process of “lean production” based on PDCA cycle was improved. Conceptual scheme of competitive strategy formation based on “lean production” was worked out. |
