Формування системи ризик-менеджменту підприємства

Abstract

У роботі досліджено основні підходи до визначення поняття «ризик», конкретизовано сутність системи ризик-менеджменту підприємства. Проведено оцінювання ризику напряму діяльності «виробництво біометричних систем контролю доступу». Сформовано логічну схему процесу формування служби ризик-менеджменту на ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад». Побудовано карту ризиків. Визначено рекомендації щодо формування системи ризик-менеджменту ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад».In this work the main approaches to the definition of the concept of "risk" are investigated, the essence of the system of risk management of the enterprise is specified. The risk assessment of the "production of biometric access control systems" was carried out. A logical scheme of the process of forming a risk management service for LLC "Telekart-Prylad" has been formed. A risk map was built. The recommendations for the formation of the risk-management system of "Telekart-Prylad" LLC have been determined.
