Діагностика потенціалу підприємства в системі стратегічного управління

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи діагностики в системі стратегічного управління підприємництвом. Проаналізовано діяльність підприємства та сучасні тенденції розвитку приладобудівної галузі. Визначено ряд загроз на підприємстві та позитивні можливості ТОВ «Телекарт Прилад». Проведено діагностику потенціалу підприємства. Обґрунтовано доцільність розроблених стратегічних напрямів розвитку, запропоновані сценарії розвитку які нададуть змогу укріпити потенціал та закріпити позиції в зоні зростаючого потенціалу.Diploma thesis deals with the theoretical foundations of diagnostics in the system of strategic management of entrepreneurship are considered in the paper. The activity of the enterprise and modern tendencies of development of the instrument-making industry are analyzed. A number of threats at the enterprise and positive opportunities of "Telekart Device" LTD were identified. The expediency of the developed strategic directions of development, the proposed scenarios of development that will enable to strengthen the potential and consolidate positions in the zone of growing potential is substantiated.
